These terms apply to TrialVeil, a browser-based tool for authoring and running deterministic prospect-fit evaluators. By using TrialVeil, you agree to use it lawfully and within the limits below.

1. The service

The Free plan provides a complete worked example and lets you rehearse one local draft. Starter is available as a USD 10 one-time purchase for one reusable single-input pack family with up to 12 rules and no joins. Pro is available as a USD 20 one-time purchase for one reusable pack family with up to three inputs, 30 rules, and two bounded join-coverage rules. Purchases are not subscriptions; authorized pack revisions and prospect runs are not metered.

2. Delivery and local responsibility

After an eligible payment, TrialVeil automatically saves a server-verified authoring-recovery capability in the returning browser. You are responsible for downloading and safely retaining drafts and exported packs. Each private Runner link is a separate bearer capability scoped to one exact pack: it cannot authorize a new pack or revision. Keep it private and share it only with intended prospects alongside the matching pack. Recovery can restore the export right while the browser capability remains available, but cannot recreate a local draft or prospect file that was not saved.

3. Permitted use

You may use TrialVeil to evaluate data you are authorized to use and to share truthful, buyer-selected aggregate results. You must not use it to process unlawful material, evade security controls, misrepresent a receipt as identity or remote-attestation proof, introduce executable content, or claim that TrialVeil certified source data, a person, a device, or an execution.

4. Your evaluator and prospect relationship

You control the questions, thresholds, files, and sharing decision. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, explaining your evaluation fairly, and honoring a prospect's choice not to share a result. A PASS or FAIL outcome is a deterministic result under the supplied rules; it is not professional, legal, security, or procurement advice.

5. Availability and changes

We may make reasonable changes to protect reliability, security, or provider compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with unsupported browsers, proprietary code, remote APIs, databases, or evaluator formats outside the documented contract.

6. Refunds and delivery problems

Purchases are one-time. If automatic delivery fails, retry the exact success link once and then contact the Arelvia Studio Support channel in the purchase record. Delivery failures remain eligible for review subject to applicable law. Evaluator outcomes, a prospect's decision not to share, and loss of an unsaved local draft are not delivery failures.

7. Disclaimer and liability

TrialVeil is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for decisions made from evaluator results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
